But CoConstruct is more than just software, it’s a support network of sales consultants, implementation managers, coaches, and more to ensure that residential construction businesses have what they need to succeed. This combination of software with award-winning support leads CoConstruct builders to start 20% more projects per year after using the software for two years.
Plus plans have the same basic features as Standard plans and come with additional software features such as advanced estimating with spreadsheet-like formulas to calculate quantities and amounts, bill management to add, edit, approve, and pay bills from one online location, and client portals allowing clients to see project photos, progress, and more in real-time.
After signing up for a CoConstruct, you will be paired with support team members whose role is to help you get value out of your new software as quickly as possible. For Standard plan users, this entails three coaching sessions in the first 30 days to implement specific features. For Plus plan users, implementation can vary between 6-8 weeks of weekly coaching calls to integrate current processes to flow through CoConstruct.
