Tracking your budget and estimating on this project? Head to the Estimate page to update the Base Price. Click "(Update)" to set the contract price to either match the current estimated total or some manual number you determine
NOT tracking your budget or estimate on this project? Update the base contact price for the project on the Setup page. From your main Projects list, select the "i" icon to the far right of the project, then choose to "Edit project setup."
OPEN BOOK
On open book projects, you will see the starting and total price of the project. The starting price will be set based on the estimate and spec/selection information that you set up, since the client's overall price will be a function of your actual costs, plus markup.
