How do I edit a client's name?

To edit a client's name:

  1. From the main dashboard, click on the "i" info icon next to the desired project.
  2. Click the "Edit project setup" link.
  3. In the Clients section, click the three dots next to the name you want to change > select Edit.
  4. After making changes to the client's name, click the "Save" link to close the pop-up, and "Save" your overall changes at the bottom before leaving the Setup page.

 

You can also edit a client's email address, phone number or alert settings from this screen.

If you are replacing the client with a completely new contact, rather than editing the information, you'll want to "remove" the current client and add the new contact fresh.
