What if the default drop down menus in the Contacts and Leads pages don’t fit my needs?

CoConstruct is designed with you in mind, so we understand that while the default contact categories can offer a lot of choices, there may be times when you need to further customize the drop down menus on the Contacts page to better fit your needs.

There are six drop down menus in the Contacts and Leads sections that come equipped with starter values that can be tweaked to meet your unique business demands:

  • Contact Type
  • Activity Category
  • Lead Stage
  • Lead Rating
  • Project Type
  • Lead Source

Any admin user can change these drop down menus by following these steps:

  1. Head to Settings > Account
  2. On the Account Settings page, you will see a tab called "Contacts & Project Groups"
  3. Click on that tab and use the links on the left to choose a drop down menu.
  4. From here you can add, edit, delete, and reorder items listed in your drop down menus, keeping your contacts lead information organized in the way that makes the most sense for your business.

Note: Lead Management tools like contact activities and opportunities or associated settings are only available on CoConstruct's Standard or Plus plans.
