Why is there a delay in sending the automatically generated work requests?

CoConstruct waits a few minutes after you add or change an item before sending out a work request to make sure you are done making changes.

Imagine if an e-mail went out when you added the item. Then another e-mail went out when you changed the assignee. Then another e-mail went out when you set the Finish By date. How irritating to your team and your partners!

By waiting a few minutes to let the dust settle, we can help make sure that we are sending a complete and accurate work request the first time. If you want it sent immediately, you can send it manually from the Notifications screen.
