Videos can be attached in the "Project Files" section of CoConstruct, or to relevant areas of the specs/selections, to-dos, warranty requests, or schedule tasks.
It's important to note that a single attachment cannot exceed 75MB in size. For the majority of files and photos, you won't be at risk of running into this limit, but movies or videos may occasionally bump up against this limit.
