Who receives reminders of upcoming bid deadlines, and when?

Reminder notifications will go out at the intervals you specify on the bid request. Bid requests can be set up for notifications 1 day before, 3 days before, and/or 1 week before the bid's due date.

Reminders will go out to to bidders if all of the following are true:

  • The bidder has not submitted a bid for all of the bid lines on your request
  • The bidder has not replied to say that they won't be bidding
  • The bid has not already been awarded

Note that bidding reminders are independent of other notification preferences. Bidders will still receive an email alert for these reminders even if they are not set up to receive work requests or comments.
