Builders with admin access can control non-admin user project access by going to Contacts > My Team.
Select "Edit" from the ellipse menu next to the team member. From there you can set a builder's access to all, none or some projects. Click "Save" to update the changes in the system.
Also, when starting a new project, you can specify which non-admin users you want to have access by using the check boxes in the My Team Access section of the New Project screen.
Builders will only see projects to which they have been given access. Information about all other projects will not show up in their view of the system, including in reports and in project summary emails.
