To add files to a change order, you will first need to click the option to "Create a new change order" or to "View/edit" an existing draft change order.
Simply head to the "Related Files for Approval" section on the draft change order. There are two ways to attach files:
- Click the Browse button to select from any files on your computer. You can add a file description when you upload.
- Or, pick from files that are already loaded on your project. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple files to attach.
Your clients will be able to see the attached files once you request their approval, and they will be asked to approve each file attachment before they can sign off on the overall change order.
