How do I move a project to the warranty phase?

updated

January 16, 2020

Once you are ready for a project to go into the warranty phase, go to the project Setup page (from the Main Menu > click the "i" info icon next to the project > Edit Project Setup).

Choose the new phase of Warranty, and be sure to save changes at the bottom before leaving the page!

If there is a different team member who will be primarily responsible during the warranty period, consider changing the "Updates cleared by" option so that the right team members are reviewing all of the update notices.
